Terms of Service — SK Monitoring

SK Monitoring provides logistics monitoring services to clients. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms:

Services: We provide logistics monitoring and reporting services as described in the service listing. The scope of work is confirmed prior to execution.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. An invoice or payment link will be sent to the client after the service has been rendered.

No Refunds: All sales are final. Since payment is collected only after the service has been fully performed, no refunds will be issued.

Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide accurate information necessary for service execution. SK Monitoring is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect data provided by the client.

Limitation of Liability: SK Monitoring is not responsible for decisions made by the client based on the monitoring results.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by applicable law.
