Terms of Service

Effective date: August 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the use of logistics monitoring services provided by SK Monitoring ("Company", "we", "us") to the client ("Client", "you").

1. Services

SK Monitoring provides digital logistics monitoring services, including real-time shipment tracking oversight, daily operational performance reports, anomaly detection and alert notifications, and end-of-week summaries with actionable recommendations.

All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped or delivered.

2. Service Delivery

Services are delivered for the agreed period (e.g., 7 days) starting from the confirmed activation date. The Company will provide access to reports and notifications through agreed digital channels.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including invoicing schedule and due dates, are specified in the individual service agreement or invoice issued to the Client upon order confirmation. The Client agrees to pay all invoices within the period stated therein.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the service period begins. Once the service has commenced, cancellation is not available for the current service period.

5. Limitation of Liability

SK Monitoring shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service period in question.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the service engagement.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Portugal.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or through our website.
